Engaged in the field of cancer treatment since 1960 in both radiotherapy and chemotherapy and also immunotherapy. Since 1984 a new method of treatment using a combination of allopathy, Sidha and Ayurvedic drugs is being followed.  The results are very encouraging.  The principle behind this new method of treatment can be defined as follows.

Allopathy

Allopathy is a disease  oriented system. In this system  we diagnose the disease and  treat the disease. Allopathy does not treat the patient. Inshort the system can be called Roga Veda (Science of disease and its treatment)

Ayur Veda & Sidha

Both these systems correctly speaking do not treat the disease.  They treat the pt.  Ayur means life.  So these systems can be called science of life and not science of Roga or disease.  By boosting  the  general health of the patient the disease is controlled.  In fact this is more effective than treating the disease alone.

Combination method

So it is logical to conclude that by combining allopathy and indigenous systems of Ayurveda & Sidha ie by combining Roga Veda and Ayurveda, we can achieve results which are many fold superior to using any of these systems alone.  I have been using this method since 1984. More than 2500 cases of advanced cancers have been treated by this method.  It was an accidental observation of a dramatic cure of an advanced cancer using this method that prompted me to adopt  this method in all advanced cancers.

Ayurvedaic & Sidha drugs

Ayurvedic preparations are mainly herbal with very little of heavy metals. Where as Sidha preparations are mainly of metals and very little of herbs. While Ayurvedic preparations are considered to be comparatively safe  because of practically no side effects, Sidha drugs are considered to be risky because of the presence of heavy metals. But the preparation of these drugs are so meticulous that these drugs are very safe.  Sidha system is a very popular system in south India claiming an antiquity of 4 to 5000 years.  I have been using sidha drugs for the last 25 years with out practically any side effects, but on the other hand with excellent results.  Sidha drugs mainly contain heavy nutals especially Arsenic and Mercury.  Even though they are considered pashanoms (poisons), in small qualities they are tonics and medicines (this principle is called “Hormesis” meaning that any agent which is harmful in large doses is a tonic or medicine in small doses). Before the advent of Pencillin Arsenic, Mercury & Bismith were the drugs used for treating syphilis. Earlier editions of British pharmacopial codex (BPC) give details of preparations of these drugs.

The legend is that the idol of lord Muruga installed in the hill temple of Palani is cast in Nava pashana( nine poisons) and the ingredients are 4 compounds of Arsenic 4 compounds of Mercury and sulphur - total 9 and  it is supposed to have been made by Maha  Rishi Bogar.  It is well known that the abishekom of palani has healing properties - even the capacity to heal leprosy.

Arsenic the wonder drug:Myelo dysplastic syndrome (MDS) Idiopathic Thrombo cytopaernic purpura (ITP) and Acute Myeloid leukemia are some of the blood cancers for which there is no effective treatment in allopathy.  They are considered incrurable.  All these diseases especially MDS and ITP can be totally cured by Arsenic alone. I have treated and cured many cases of MDS & ITP with Arsenic.  In a recent report it is stated that the FDA (USA) has approved the use of arsenic in accute promyloceptic leukaemia (PML) Arsenic is more or lees specific for MDS, ITP &  AML.

Advantage of Combination therapy: By combining allopathic drugs with indigenous drugs I observe the following benefits.

Complete cure achieved in a few cases of advanced cancer.

1. Adverse effects of chemotherapy are eliminated.
2. Bone marrow suppression subsequent to chemotherapy is prevented.
3. Disappearance of grey hairs and growth of fresh dark hairs observed in a few cases.  This shows total body rejuvenation.
4. No adverse effects noticed even after prolonged use of indigenous drugs.

It is also interesting to note that among the various medical systems in the world only these indigenous system of ayurveda and Sidhah has a section called Kaya Chikilsa (treatment of the body) otherwise called rejuvenation therapy or Rasayana Chikilsa.  It is a treatment to get rid of the degenerative changes in the body and to become youthful.
